Mother of All Jobs has partnered with an innovative organisation in Leeds, seeking a proactive and highly organised Office Manager to join their vibrant team on a flexible, part time basis around 10 to 13 hours per week. You will be at the heart of operations, supporting the business across IT, finance, HR and general administration, helping the agency thrive and grow.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day to day office operations including managing office services and bills, supporting diary management, maintaining company equipment, and ensuring insurance, vehicle servicing and office supplies are all up to date.
- Manage health and safety processes including regular checks, maintaining documentation, coordinating training and incident reporting, and liaising with external providers.
- Support HR administration including holiday and leave tracking, managing HR software, preparing contracts, coordinating employee reviews, and helping organise staff events and training.
- Act as the first point of contact for IT support, manage software subscriptions and service providers, and prepare devices for new starters and leavers.
- Take ownership of basic financial administration including processing supplier invoices, reconciling expenses and assisting with client invoicing
- Support cash flow management by monitoring incoming and outgoing payments and liaising with external accountants where required.
