They are now looking for an Recruitment and Officer Assistant to join their Head Office team. This is a varied, fast paced and genuinely exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats and being at the heart of a growing organisation.
This is not a narrow, boxed in role. It is perfect for someone who thrives on variety, enjoys switching between tasks, and wants to play a key part in supporting recruitment, HR, bookkeeping and day to day head office operations.
What the role involves:
• Supporting recruitment processes from advert to onboarding
• Coordinating candidates and managing recruitment administration
• Providing HR administrative support
• Assisting with bookkeeping and financial admin
• Supporting the wider Head Office team with operational tasks
• Managing correspondence and internal communications
• Supporting corporate social media activity
Who they are looking for:
• A confident all rounder with strong administrative and organisational skills
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
• Comfortable working with numbers, accruals and financial admin processes
• Confident using multiple software platforms
• Experience within a childcare or early years setting would be highly desirable
• Experience supporting or managing corporate social media
• Someone proactive, adaptable and happy to roll their sleeves up
This role is based at their London Head Office and can be part-time or full time. It is vital you have strong experience using social media.
