Senior Financial Controller

Mother of all Jobs is working with a fast-growing, snack-obsessed FMCG brand selling into retail, and they’re looking for a capable part-time Finance Lead to support their next phase of growth.

This is a buzzy, ambitious brand with a great team and big plans. This is a chance to make a real impact in a senior finance role that works around real life. 

This is a hands-on senior role where you will have experience operating in a £5–20m turnover business where things move quickly and finance needs to keep up.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Managing and overseeing a bookkeeper
• Owning month-end close
• Accruals, adjustments and provisions
• Publishing year-end accounts and working closely with an outsourced accountant
• Building and running a three-statement financial model across cashflow, balance sheet and P&L
• Supporting commercial decision-making with clear, robust numbers

You’ll need:

• Retail FMCG experience in a £5–20m turnover business
• Experience in branded products and manufacturing into retail
• Strong, hands-on experience with Xero and Unleashed
• Confidence operating at a senior level while staying close to the detail
• A practical, commercial mindset

This role is 3 days per week. London/Hybrid. £55-65k pro rata.
