Mother of All Jobs is exclusively supporting a high-growth brand that is the market leader in making a household staple smarter and more sustainable. Having already surpassed £5 million in revenue, they are scaling toward £20 million and beyond and need an experienced senior marketing leader to help get them there

This is not a typical “growth-at-all-costs” startup. You’ll lead with organic and brand strategies while keeping a sharp eye on performance.

You’ll take full ownership of brand, performance, CRM, content, SEO, and partnerships. You’ll launch and execute campaigns directly in the early stages, leveraging your trusted agency network. As the business scales, you’ll grow a lean, high-performing internal marketing team.

  • It is vital that you have scaled a UK lifestyle brand from £5 million to £20 million plus in revenue
  • You can clearly demonstrate this success and provide strong references from those brands
  • You have executed marketing strategies across both D2C and B2B channels
  • You bring an outstanding network of agencies, creatives, PRs, and media contacts
  • You are commercially minded, data-literate, and confident running full-funnel marketing with clear ROI

The role and your responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and execution of the UK marketing strategy, spanning both D2C and B2B markets
  • Drive customer growth on the D2C side through subscription models, loyalty initiatives, conversion optimisation and lifecycle marketing
  • Build brand presence through compelling storytelling, PR campaigns, influencer partnerships and creative collaborations
  • Design and roll out demand generation programmes to strengthen B2B growth across commercial and hospitality sectors
  • Take ownership of all performance marketing activity, including paid media, affiliate programmes and strategic partnerships
  • Shape and deliver SEO and content strategies that increase visibility, authority and audience engagement
  • Oversee go-to-market planning for new product categories and launches, ensuring successful entry and uptake
  • Manage marketing budgets, report on campaign performance, and nurture productive agency relationships
  • Recruit, mentor and grow an in-house marketing team that can scale with the business
