Their work focuses on improving the mental health, wellbeing, and resilience of those working in schools, colleges, and universities. Through counselling, guidance, and development services, they help thousands of education professionals every year.

About the Role:

This is a sales-driven role where you’ll focus on identifying, developing, and converting new business opportunities across the UK education sector. You’ll be the first point of contact where you will nurture relationships and help schools, colleges, and other education providers access wellbeing support services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and manage sales leads through outbound calls, emails, and inbound enquiries.
  • Convert leads and negotiate within set pricing guidelines.
  • Deliver introductory sessions to help new clients understand the services on offer.
  • Manage and update the sales pipeline, recording all activity on the CRM.
  • Meet monthly income and sales targets.
  • Gather customer feedback, quotes, and testimonials for use in marketing materials.
  • Support accurate sales reporting and forecasting.

Knowledge & Experience

  • Experience in B2B sales, lead generation, and pipeline management.
  • Strong communication skills and confidence in building relationships over the phone and video calls.
  •  Organised, self-motivated, and able to manage your workload effectively.
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems is an advantage.
  •  An interest in education and/or mental wellbeing is desirable.

This is a flexible, hybrid role with travel to their friendly North London office (near Highbury) twice a week.
