Mother of all Jobs are working with a really exciting UK snack brand based in London, and they're looking for a Marketing Manager to join their growing team.

The meat snacking category has exploded over the last decade and this brand has been right at the heart of that. They've got real momentum behind them, a brilliant product, and some genuinely exciting things in the pipeline for the next couple of years.

This is a small, close-knit team of nine people who genuinely enjoy what they do and look out for each other. The Founder is hands-on and supportive, you'll report directly to them, and your work will actually be seen and valued.

The role itself sits across 3 areas. First, there are some really exciting brand partnerships already lined up for 2026 and 2027 that you'll help bring to life. Second, you'll lead on storytelling and brand identity, making sure the brand shows up brilliantly everywhere it needs to, working alongside a designer, a creative director, and a PR agency. Third, you'll be the internal champion for the customer and the category, feeding into innovation and new product development alongside a dedicated product team.

You'll need around 5 years of FMCG marketing experience, ideally with a strength on the brand and creative comms side. Beyond that they're really looking for someone who is organised, a clear communicator, and brings a warm and positive energy to the team.
