The business has outgrown what the founder can hold alone. We need someone to own the commercial function entirely by setting the strategy, running the P&L, and leading the team. If you've been waiting for the role where you genuinely shape the trajectory of a brand, this is it.
You'll report directly to the founder and work within a tight-knit team of 8 across sales and marketing. Your mission: lead the commercial function, acting as the filter between the NAMs and the Founder, driving the business to its next stage of growth.
