Mother of All Jobs is proud to be working with one of the UK's most exciting snack brands.

The business has outgrown what the founder can hold alone. We need someone to own the commercial function entirely by setting the strategy, running the P&L, and leading the team. If you've been waiting for the role where you genuinely shape the trajectory of a brand, this is it.

You'll report directly to the founder and work within a tight-knit team of 8 across sales and marketing. Your mission: lead the commercial function, acting as the filter between the NAMs and the Founder, driving the business to its next stage of growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Own and deliver the sales growth plan
  • Lead the commercial strategy from the front
  • Sit on the leadership team and drive key decisions
  • Hold senior relationships across all major retail accounts
  • Lead 2 NAMs and 1 Field Sales Executive
  • Set and track OKRs across the team
  • Run weekly 1:1s and quarterly development reviews
  • Be the bridge between the team and the founder

Requirements:

  • 10+ years in commercial food & beverage with SME experience
  • Experience across all major supermarket accounts and their portals/systems
  • Full P&L, JBP, and category planning ownership
  • Prior startup or scale-up experience
  • Strong people leader with a genuine talent for developing teams
  • Budget management and trade spend allocation experience
  • Resilient, highly organised, and energised by pressure
  • Great energy, hustle, and positive attitude
