Role overview:
The New Business Representative is the first point of contact for people asking about the Society’s products, mainly mortgages and savings. The role involves handling calls, responding to enquiries, and completing admin tasks.

Key responsibilities:

• Answer calls and enquiries from new and existing customers, intermediaries, and third parties
• Provide accurate information about products and services (without giving advice)
• Promote the Society’s products
• Send out application forms, brochures, and illustrations
• Keep product knowledge up to date
• Support colleagues and help with general team tasks

Working setup:

• Part-time (25 hours per week Monday-Friday)
• Small team environment
• Hybrid working available after passing probation
